What's EVO III??

well unfortunately I can't. I have a stupid following too close from July of 07. I got a bad deal on that ticket. Just put it this way....that's a ticket that comes with an accident and there was NO accident. But I got the ticket and now I have to pay for it 3 and a half years later.

I am just very nervous that nobody will take me. This is my only blemish on my 5 years. I have no accidents EVER, no speeding tickets, no dui/dwi, and then no criminal record at all. Oh well. I'll move on. Just hopefully someone will still take me. My 3 year MVR is squeaky clean so hopefully some companies insurance only looks back 3 years.

US Xpress is my other pre-hire and I will be going with them if I can still get in.

I think US Xpress will take me. They were my 2nd choice anyway. I just really want to hone my skills shifting and I much rather have a 10 speed for future jobs but if worse comes to worse I can take a refresher course and learn again. Shifting came real natural to me in school. By the end of school I wasn't even thinking about it and not even using the clutch.

 

I'm not even worried about it. Not going to let it stress me out. I got a bad deal on a ticket. Following too close tickets aren't given without an accident involved 99.9% of the time. There are a lot of cops out there that are excellent people. Then there are the ones that have a chip on their shoulder and don't do their job right. I am not going to get into it but if I can't get a job because of a 4 year old bs ticket then it's a blessing in disguise. I am getting unemployment checks right now. I will drive my car down to sunny Florida and relax at the beach every day on Uncle Sam's money. It's 2 degrees here in Connecticut today so I don't think I would mind 75 degrees in Ft Myers and fishing all day too much.
