The Johnny Messenger 123A was my 1st CB radio. With a magnet mount antenna, range was just over a block

I still have my slip seat box up in the attic. It's got two 6x9 Pioneer speakers in the bottom compartment with a K40 box mounted on top with the radio and CB inside. It's also has chicken lights all around the outside. It set between the seats and was #### near high enough for me to rest my arm on it when I was driving. Those were the good old days!
Rideandrepair, Feedman, 201 and 1 other person Thank this. -
This was the last one I had that I bought somewhere, can’t remember where now. I built several out of plastic tool boxes over the years. I liked this one because it would bungee chord strap to the dash and was easier to use than one strapped to the passenger seat. Within a year or so of me leaving UPS in 2012 they started ordering trucks with Am/Fm Radios, CB’s, Air Ride and tandem axles! WTF, I would have stayed if I would have known that. Lol
