I used to drive from Amarillo, Tx to City of Industry, Ca and just stopped fuel to up. I use to live in Amarillo and would stretch that hometime to the last possible sec.

This is ALLEGED, but there may have been a time when I was younger when a friendly "contest" turned into an 875-mile shift while teaming.

Back in 2007, the trainer I had (Roy) had me driving a 11 hour day straight. Alas it is no longer allowed. Yet I can still do it in a personal vehicle.

I beat my personal record last week. Idaho Falls ID to Sonoma county California for a total of 819 miles in 1 day. The last 3.5 hours were PC, and my average speed in ID and NV as 73. Yeah, I might have stretched the rules a bit that day.

Starts off with a Whopper. 2650 miles in 29.5 hours. Averaged almost 90 mph. It must have been a Kenworth. With really big fuel tanks..

I personally once drove from Des Moines, Iowa to Omaha, Nebraska without stopping once. Boy, was I happy to see Sapp Brothers.

I did an 8.5 day cross country turn a couple weeks ago. Knoxville to Portland and back. 2550 each or 5100.

Not too crazy except I got a sort of legal 34 in the middle. So really 5k plus I’m 7 days. Ran 750ish a day.

I don’t really want to do that again.

Wasn’t in my truck, but my personal car. A friend had a house rented in Orlando last year for Xmas. I left home 4am Friday morning. Pulled into the driveway south side of Orlando 4am sat morn. 1644 miles.

Better pray that 3.5 hours doesn't come to light on a log audit. Big time log falsification fine right there.
