Whats the details with the pay program pulling their loads in their trailers?

We were doing a fantastic Amazon dedicated for a while and it worked out dynamite for us.

I’m a company driver so my paychecks were steady and good. When I say they were good for us I mean good for our company in that we were happy to use a 53 foot dry van to move 1 pallet for them every day 1 way about 100 miles and keep on doing it. I decided to leave that company to move to a different company because the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

I was a company driver leased on to a small carrier contracted to amazon, if you only have 1 truck you can only pull from the load board.(cheap freight), you need 4+ trucks to get dedicated, I was payed roughly 250/day generally 8-14 hours there’s a lot of waiting since I’m local. My boss told me seeing rates as low as 1.30/mile is Common from the LB. You can apply here To find out for yourself - Get Started - Amazon Relay
