What's with the angels?

    I've noticed quite a few trucks, usually Volvos, that have 2 obnoxiously large angels mounted above the windshield. Do they serve any purpose other than being an eyesore?

    Those are angels? #### I need to get new glasses then lol I thought they were big Michelin men too. Would like to know what they're for though maybe someone can enlighten us. One of the very few times the wife had ever heard me say I don't know when she asked me what they were lol

    if they're angels then they're eating really well

    A lot of European drivers have those michelin men and driving lamps mounted like that on their Volvo FH cabovers.

    It's a European trucker fad. I'm betting the drivers of those Volvo trucks here are probably from Eastern Europe or Russia. The ones I've encountered were.

    wish I had gotten a pic of the skateboarder I encountered on I-76 today. Bullbar style bumper on a Pete. with 3 sets of fog lights and 4 sets of LED extra lighting. Hell, he had more add-on lighting on that Pete than I do on my off-road pickup.

    They usually are Bib, the Michelin man. Not angels. Most often seen on Canadian trucks.
