i have always wanted to get out of a truck with dark glasses on and a white long stick--and kinda just wander around :biggrin_25523: Years back there was a TRUCK STOP tale about a J B HUNT driver that use to do that.

He found the hardest spot to park in , usually nailed it 1st try then got out with the Dark Glasses , White Cane and headed into the truck stop with a lot of :biggrin_25524: looks.

i have always found it "disturbing" when a grown man wears an alien outfit....and with make up as well.....

now if it IS an actor doing this for a show, then i am cool with that..but any "ordinary" person doing this "dress up thing", gets me a wondering.....which i guess then, that ain't no "ordinary person".....

"Normal" people don't do what we do. I like it that way. The voices in my head are ok with it too, except that one in the corner........:biggrin_25525:

Sheriff Joe in Maricopa county, AZ makes the inmates wear pink jumpsuits...And the ACLU has a fit every time he wins in court.......

The ACLU says wearing pink jumpsuits is demeaning.....Perhaps if the inmates didn't do the crime.........:biggrin_25523:

Yeah at least it looks like it has had a shower sometime in the last 7 days.

My voices argue with each other and I'm not sure which ones to listen to. :biggrin_25523:
Sheriff Joe is the man, now the ACLU on the other hand can ............... well I don't want to get banned so never mind. :biggrin_25525:

i do believe i had seen him on 60 minutes or some other news show..he's supposed to be a tough guy, and why not..?? are we to coddle the cons, to cater to THEIR NEEDS, when they have violated their victims..?? i have always been "pro-death penalty", an argument no one ever really wins, but when we allow the prisoners to run things their way, we lose control and the very meaning of being "locked up". i not even living where that sheriff is, can appreciate his methods.

we need tough guys like that to let the cons know WHO IS BOSS, and if the cons do not like that, well take a number and stand in line, and maybe 3 years from next Thursday, i will hear their complaints.

till then, good for him doing what he does...maybe this type of hard punishment will make the cons think twice when they get released that they will be sent RIGHT BACK to that sheriff.....
