I know where you are coming from there Scooter. It's such a nice thing when the company trusts you with repairs. I just hope others don't ruin it for your company or mine.

In, or near, hebron, KY. ran up here yesterday with a load, 2 company drivers, from different shippers, and they say they dont have any scheduled loads for the day. Woke up this morning still at cosg and get a message saying new appt time for tomorrow afternoon, contact FM (DM) says he'll see what he can do but no go... soo sat all day until I can unload tomorrow >.<

 

Bummer, man.

 

is it sad that I think this weeks paycheck (or I should say pay for last week sun-sat) is the first time I've taken home over 1k? >.< lol

 

Oh I thought you meant sitting all day was a bad thing. Now I see it's acually a good thing for you

 

nuuuu its a bad thing! I can rationalize going home every weekend when I run like crazy during the week. If I dont then I want to make myself stay out the weekend so I can make up for it on the next paycheck, and I just got back on the road yesterday so not a good start to the week... deliver on thursday afternoon and I'll have a whopping 300 miles so far for the week

 

Okay. Yes, that's a bad thing. Hang in there, it will get better.
