Stomach Bile, i picked up 17 barrels in Cactus Tx and to them to Colorado. Consignee told me they go to Italy to be used as culture to make Antibiotics. Gate guard was a difficult ole slag who was rude to drivers picking up meat loads, so i thought it would be funny to say "Dispatch said if i do good with this bile i can start getting Mucous loads " She just said That goes out on the rail tanks, then looked up at me and said "You don't want to know...":biggrin_25511:

During one of my lay offs from Brown, I worked at a company in Fontana called Diablo Transportation. They hauled all Dept. of Defense loads. We did grenades, 1000 lb. bombs, Stingers from General Dynamics..But the scariest one was out of the old Chemical Weapons Depot at the Umatilla Oregon, Army Depot. They were closing the base so we hauled loads of leaky, extremely toxic leaking chemical weapons to the incinerator outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. They would put a live goat outside the bunkers (which had not been opened since the 1940's)...If the goat was alive in the morning, then they would open the bunker. When I asked one of the DOD scientists what exactly this stuff was, they said "We don't know, the people who made it are long dead"..They would load it, seal it and we would haul ### down I-80 to Tooele, Utah. We didn't stop at the port and the Utah cops would meet us at the state line and take us all the way into Tooele. They paid us some serious money to do this (company truck etc..and we split 3.50 a mile and hourly)..but that stuff was terrifying. Greenpeace had sued DOD and demanded it all be shipped by air, but when it was pointed out what would have happened in the event of the plane crashing, they withdrew their suit. We did that for 6 weeks and emptied most of those bunkers of phosgene (mustard gas from WW1), numerous nerve gases (the hazards were unknown), biological weapons and sarin. I was thrilled when UPS called me back..And shortly after that Diablo got bought out anyway..

Mm...My coolest load was...money, pennies in bags on pallets. Around 7 small pallets and weight was 44k. Denver downtown bank to SF downtown bank...
I counted money and had more than $50.000 all pennies. Grab those pallets and go to Safeway's coin machine:biggrin_255:

You think that is bad.... I haul food waste (we call it Organics) that has anything and everything in it.. Cat little, baby diapers, rotten food, chicken carcass, anything imaginable like that.. Well in the summer this stuff STINKS it gets warm and smells even more.... The juices from it is also very nasty.. Maggots all over the place.. It is not a pretty site.. I haul it in a dump trailer or hard top trailer.. Either way when I am cruising down the highway I always get honked at as I look over the driver is plugging there noises lol.. If it get hot enough while it's in the trailers the stuff is actually cooking !!!

Not that this isn't bad enough but then it gets worst (FOR ME!!) as I have deliver it to the places which are inside buildings with closed doors... Some people can't even handle it they end up puking... I am used to it now.. Although some days in the summer it's really just almost too much for me to handle... If I am using the closed top trailer then I also have to crack the rear dor open a little and let the "juices" run down into a hole before I dump the load of bag and bags of nastiness..

Oh another not to technical name for it "SLOP"

The pictures show both the load of bags coming off the closed top trailer and the hole/ramp full of juices... Hopefully you didn't just eat when you viewed this lol
