    It really depends on an individual companies policy but of course what company you choose to work for is up to you (aa long as they will have you of course).

    Yep.

    A lot of the companies around here operate like you do. Basically it is home on Friday out on Sunday in on Saturday out on Monday mentality. I tried working for them but that program does not match what I want. So I left.

    Well that and their volunteering me for four free hours on every Bridgestone load.

    To make up for holidays, I used to have to work a Saturday for Bridgestone once a month. Got paid but sure cut into off time.
