When does load become OD

    I'm not to sure about that 65'. If that was true I would need a permit everywhere I go. My truck and trailer are 72' long. I don't get permits to run with legal loads on my deck.
    City of Baltimore requires permits also and they watch the ports for violators.

    That is true, but be careful I have had them measure the widest points on each side and add them together and I was over 102". If what your hauling is close to legal width and you get it crooked it can bite you, crane boom for example is often right at legal width. That's where the 102" trailer is nice, if your inside the width of the trailer your golden.
