I think you may have misinterpreted what he wrote. He was thanking our President for two good things and wasn’t being sarcastic. Your TDS detector needs to be tweaked.

 

Thats the way I took it. Giving him a shout out for working with us and not against us.

 

I just wanted to add. You don't have to be at home to get a physical. You can get one anywhere in the US. It just takes a bit of looking for an Examiner. There is almost always one near to a truck stop. If you can post in here you have the means to search for one. It does not take but a few minutes.
