    do you take a multivitamin?

    when i first started driving that made a big difference on how the day went, and try to eat some fruit in the mornings, cantaloupe honey do, or anything like that natures sugar is always best

    Have you tried a sleep mask? They are these soft cloth things you put over your eyes. Lets your eyes relax and cuts out all light. Having a puppy dog to curl up with helps too. The calm breathing helps you sleep. They have ultra good hearing too, so they will wake you up if there is any disturbance outside, so you don't need to worry much. (I know these are silly suggestions, but they help me).

    I like to have me a 6 pack or so of beer. Heps me go right to sleep .....
























    At least only when I am home and all things related to the truck are done.


    Had 2 beers last night and started a 3rd. It was ni ni time for this guy.

    If I were old, I wouldn't be sleeping between 2 and 5pm. I'd be at Denny's getting the Early Bird Special.
