I am opinionated. I used Africa as a illustration on how primitive we are living in a big truck in a world class industralized super power. It's NOT acceptable.

Be happy that I do two things, I don't let people really know what I think and much of that is not on here. And the other is there is a ignore list; Click my name and select ignore. There is no more problem right?

You wont believe what this old man has in the way of certain hard set thinking which is absolutely not acceptable in today's snowflake society.

Your lucky he dident #### in a bucket and ask you to handle that for him.
Lol all jokes aside that is totally inappropriate and you should not have to deal with that. He should know better and if he don't he really shouldn't be training people.
Sometimes a container can he handy but if your training someone you want to look your part and represent the company and project your standards onto them.
I keep my truck clean and presentable.
Don't be one of those people who store there garbage where they live and sleep. And keep food and junk on the dashboard .

Just going to keep my head down and ask for a new trainer. The company already knows its nasty. He bragged about 2 tickets he got from the DOT for cleanliness. We burn alot of miles but i always wipe everything down with lysol wipes before i drive. Really just want to get my own truck and get on my own hahaah. Good company so far. Just this one nasty truck. I don't take my shoes off until i climb in the bunk since i have to manoeuvre around piss bottles. I just store them in a bag at the foot of the bed.

Please don't be a pig a throw your full piss bottles and jugs in the trash.

Pour them out in the grass or dirt either behind your truck at the truck stop or on a ramp somewhere.
Why should anyone on trash detail at the truck stop or anywhere else have to deal with your piss.
To the Op your in for a world of hurt if you couldn't stand up for yourself against this disgusting trainer on day 1.
You better find your testicles or ovaries before your dispatcher gets a hold of you and starts bending you over the fuel tank.

That is not acceptable! Before I pick up a student I make sure to run nearly everything down with disinfectant wipes, floor swept, glass spotless, belongings and food on one section leaving room for the trainee, and spray the truck with febreeze + replace ac vent fragrances. Piss jugs are an absolute last resort and before peeing in one If i have to I put some mouthwash before hand so it doesn't stink. On top of that that bottle is gone the next truckstop or rest station contents dumped into toilet. I make sure student also knows this.

When to say when? In that situation, BEFORE you put your gear in that truck. I’m not picking it up, I’m not cleaning it up, I’m not moving it around and it’s not coming up in any discussions.

But you’ve been at it for 3 weeks. Any now, all of a sudden, things are unbearable? Now, you have had enough? Heck, you may as well finish now.

In the future, don’t be so much of a pushover.

Could try dropping subtle very very subtle hints like hmmm i can't think of any right now this needs some very careful thought you'll just have to put up with it unfortunately perhaps wearing one of those gas masks may give them a hint..... its like when i went out with a trainer i had to put up with them smoking which annoyed me immensely in fact it should be banned cause it is a work place environment. Could perhaps ask Head office what the standard of cleanliness is for the company truck and hope they do an inspection. I do feel for you buddy i really do.
