Wrote me up because I DID sign it once I went on duty and before I finished the day. "I certify these entries are true and correct"

Same with getting bills don't you sign those at the end of loading and unloading?Mostly everything is signed at the end.

Appears I'm screwed once again. Might as well get this company's logo tattooed on my ### since I'm clearly friggin stuck here. Nice to know I've wasted 7.5 years of my life out here for nothing. I can forget ever finding a job worth having...

Your clock never changes. It should be the time of your home terminal. I suggest you read 395.8 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

I ran a manual clock in the truck that did not change time with the time zones and labeled it Yard Time. I ran my log books off that clock.

Brian991219 shows the correct answer. As long as you go by the FMCSA guidelines you are legal. I don't know why we have 400 difference answers when the guidelines states it clearly enough.

    brian991219 Thanks this.

You want 400 opinions? Ask 100 truckers.

I didn't mean my log clock, I meant my clock on my phone, I didn't have a dash or radio clock in the truck when I made that mistake, no factory radio in the truck.
