When you are in training phase how does sleep schedule work usually

    The best trainers can switch seats with you going down the road. It’s easier with an automatic transmission.

    It depends on your trainer and your future company, first 2 days I spend watching my trainer on driving habits in NE mountains, ( hello Pennsylvania and WV, ) they for a week was driving solo, with trainer watching me, on 3rd and 4th week we was driving half way solo/ half team
