It's funny how it's always the moderators or admins fault someone got banned. People need to step up to the plate and accept responsibility for what they post. You can be part of the problem or you can be part of the solution.....if you want to be part of the problem then go to another site, there are plenty of other trucking sites out there where you can call each other names and insult one another, it's within the rules of those sites.....have it, enjoy yourself....but once the new wears off of that what do you have left...not much as far as useful info.

Where some people like it or they don't, this site isn't going to be a free for all like some of the lessor quality sites that have 20 or 25 regular members that sit around and insult each other every day.

You are right and it is funny how some want to place blame on the wrong people. It's always someone else's fault that their friend was acting like a DA!

It is a shame when members chose to ban themselves....it's a fact it was her choice to not be here anymore by banning herself.

Its one thing to express yourself its another to insult others... Behind the keyboard anyone can be a commando... sometimes its better to just walk away take a deep breath and just say tomorrow is another day. words are just that WORDS.. Shame some take it to another level.

I have been on here for over 5 years. I only received one infraction and had no idea I had done anything wrong when I got it. I did the thing again and instantly heard from Smurf about it. After I found out about links, I avoided them.

As far as some of the infractions many get on here, I cannot understand why they cannot learn and adhere to the rules. This forum has a great deal to offer and a large base of members that have to be dealt with.

The moderators here are not perfect. Neither are the members.

I am sure that many know they are in trouble long before they are caught.

I have never received an infraction or ban, but just wanting to know if members get a PM explaining the reason if they get an infraction so that they can correct the situation?

Yes, the infraction notice includes a copy of the post that earned the infraction, as well as a message from a Moderator explaining what rule was broken. We have very few rules, so I think most people already know what they did wrong.

If you've never received an infraction or a ban, you have a lot of company. More than 98% of our currently active users have never received an infraction or ban, either.
