Over all, I think the national employment picture is like it has been in trucking for many years. The advertised jobs were always there, low pay, shoddy trucks, unqualified office personnel. Only lower quality drivers applied, hired in desperation, quit, recycle again.
Higher quality (truly experienced drivers) had jobs; with solid companies, and were getting on with their lives progressively.
We have come to a time in our country when the "work" ethic is made fun of. The "equality" bit is that everyone is superior to another worker, regardless of ability, experience, education, personal hygiene..
You are offering a job, I am due it at top pay, benefits, etc.
But the old Golden Rule is coming into play. The man who has the gold makes the rules.
Don't be mislead. A lot of business were in tight times during this Covid thing. Many worked through it at reduced volume and are now ready to get back to normal.
However, these business owners are older/established and knowledgeable in life. They interview the yahoos and pass. No job filled. They will hire a reasonably qualified person with an acceptable attitude
    and pay him. Job filled.
The underlying problem is the unemployed public is going to have to do without a while till commonsense returns to the market.

Yes... But, the ones who own the rental property will have to meet with the banks Dec 31, and settle up.
What about those 4 of 5 months of "don't have to pay/can't be evicted tenants? If they were only taking advantage of the situation, they are not going to pay up to date. If they were truly in dire straits, job shut down, they cannot catch up. Gonna be some sad singing and slow walking.

Here in Las Vegas/Henderson, the casino's are calling people back to work and many of them refuse to return. They're union, so can get away with it.
UPS, FedEx and all the casino's are begging for workers here in Las Vegas/Henderson.

Changed my search parameters a little and found quite a few more positions. That is one thing
I hate about some of these job search sites.........if I don't ask the right questions I don't get the
    info I want.....imagine that.
