I've come to a place where I've been before. It's in a storage unit. I met a fellow here last time. But there ain't nobody on the premises. Dispatch is working on it. It will be #4 so far today. All the prior 3 were Ceva loads. 2 from and 1 to.

Good grief. It took long time to get out of SDV.
Then he said pick up a pallet with 10 boxes in the Woodlands and take to Ceva. Got there at 5pm and was told they don't ship on open truck. And that they told Ceva dozens of times about that. Doesn't change the fact that being in the Woodlands at 5pm is like trying to swim up stream.

So. Got the Vopak picked up and delivered. Went up to.W. Hardy rd. For paint going down by Hobby. Then to Southwest Airlines for 4 aw bills. 1 wasn't there. The other 3 filled my bed! Traffic getting to stop 4 was pretty bad. And it took an hour there so stop 5 is on the truck for tomorrow. Got home 6:45. Had some crock pot barbecue chicken and noodles. And Price is Right is on TV.

As it turns out I could have tried to deliver yesterday. Oh well. Now at a building pretty much smack in the middle of downtown Houston. No contact name so a game of phone tag is going on.

Oh brother. At that building the missing airway bill.was explained. The 35 ctns I had was all on one airway bill. But 25 went where I was and 10 to the other place on Blaylock. Delivered those 10 and then went up 45 to 1960 to get what turned out to be two pallets totaling 1165#. They went to Oceanex which is just above I-10 off the Beltway. Got there just after noon and they were closed for lunch until 1pm. So I had a nice slow lunch. Dropped those and went to about 6 miles above 290 on Mueschke (sp) road. My phone doesn't always make a noise or vibrate when it gets a text. When I swiped it to send arrived I had two other texts. One was pick up FMC and take it to SDV. The other said without exception pick up at United Airlines 3pm and deliver to CVS on SW Fwy. Picked up two pallets and 4 ctns at the place I was at. Then boogied every chance to get to United at 3pm sharp. It was of course a Ceva load.i think they ask their drivers and when they all say no we get these loads. Stuffed 8 more cartons in my already loaded bed and went to SDV. Left SDV at 4:35. Got farther than I thought I would but then traffic was horrible. Took 15 minutes to 2/10 of a mile. Got the 8 cartons delivered and got home just after 8pm. Had a pot pie and will be asleep very soon.

It was a seven day. Picked up a Demolition Drill and two bits at J&T Tool and took on a hot to a job site just inside 610 off I-45. Then went to Southwest Airlines for two Ceva movement numbers on one Airway bill. Loaded 4 55" LED TVs upright and 9 cartons of lobsters. Went nearby to Southwest Stainless for two cartons 59# (1 55# 1 4#). Went to Westheimer to drop the lobsters. I couldn't locate the dolly I used in the past so humped the darn things in. Then off to Earthman Funeral Directors on I-10 inside of Fondren. Left one TV there and then had lunch. I already knew about another pick up. But then he sent pick up in Sugarland and
deliver to Ceva. Just a bit out of the way. Dropped the other 3 TVs at something Oaks Funeral services out I-10 just inside some road (the memory is shot tonight) then cross country to the stop in Sugarland. Then cross country to the stop I already knew about off West rd. Dropped Crowley then SDV then Ceva.

Tom sent Thank u David Great job today. Never got anything like that before. Got home 6:30.

    I'm beginning to hate Ceva....
