At the consignee. Greeted with, "No one called about your load. We will work you in, but it may take a while." And I was just bragging about all the drop/hooks and now an unscheduled live load.:biggrin_25518:

Grandview WA at the Wal-Mart DC. We're being unloaded and then we go to Wanasomethingortheother WA for the new load. I say new load because the load we were suppose to pick up at midnight and take to CA has been dropped. The customer changed the delivery time to the 19th and our fleet manager said his drivers don't sit on loads. hehehehe I do like our FM. So now we've got a load to pick up immediately and take to Phx.

I love the long runs, I really do. I'm hoping we get the new NJ runs.

Sitting at shippers in Cincinnatti Oh.
    Waiting for a "hot" load.
Advised shipper that that load has completely cooled off and that I am in no hurry and that I will be following HOS regulations to the "T"
I have been here since 9am I just backed in to the dock and No they haven't even put on the first pallett yet. My 14hour clock started at 8:30am and I will be done at 10:30pm tonight for my 10 off and there is No way load is going to be on time.
If they are in no hurry to load it I am in no hurry to get it there.
Not too mention I just made $300 for detention time too.
