Makes you wonder if they actually tune them before they set them out?

I read something about that design some time ago, cpl years I think. ANyway, the only problem would be if you had neck issues. I don't remember if it can be replaced but I do remember they asked opinions of some musicians.

I don't even get the guitar mags anymore. You don't buy they don't send...lol

I had the chance to play an epiphone Les Paul replica and it was nice but heavy as hell! The guy told me to go buy one and replace the pick ups with the gibson ones and you have the same sound for half the price.

I used to work at Sam Ash in Sarasota...believe it or not the guitars come in tuned fairly well......some slip out for sure but we had a guy once a week that got designated string changer...find the worst ones and change them......most of the issues come from everybody coming in and "thinking" they know how to tune a guitar...oi vei!!!!:biggrin_25521:
And these are this years model...as long as there is a truss rod you don't have any issues with the neck....it can be straightened

As far as the Epi's go you have to play a bunch of them to find a good one and they are usually the $500 ones. Alot like the "mexican" strats from Fender.....the only difference between the mex's and the Americans is 5 miles.....and the Mex's use the older electronics too but they are becoming alot better...I actually own oe and it plays and sounds as good as an american strat
