    Make up your mind. You want good drivers but then you only want to pay them 32 cents a mile. Simple question, if you were a good driver what rate would you expect?

    Thanks. I will have to check out Indeed. Based in MI also have a place in PA we run from chicago to east coast, NJ/PA. Looking for someone with at least 3 years experience, he operates 6 trucks. weekends off.

    There are other factors, like $25 a drop in addition to the cpm if have addtional drops

    are their any benefits? Insurance?, per diem?, paid vacations, ect ect......These are all things a personal looking for employment wants to know. I would start a exp driver out at .40 cpm .32 cpm is too low.

    I just talked to swift and HR told me 38/mile out two weeks ....They are paying newbys up to .36
