    Read the fine print, im most cases non trucking liability is void if not leased to a carrier or under your own athurity

    i explained to progressive what i was needing when i got the policy they were actually the only ones that would issue a non trucking liability without being leased to a carrier or under your own authority other than ooida's 3 day insurance. out of all the company's i talked to.

    i have have authority now, and full insurance still currently with progressive at this time.
