Went through Saskatoon Thursday morning at 8 am rush hour. Power was out, none of the traffic lights worked, so we all treated them like four way stops.
Normally this would have been a disaster, but with this virus having most people at home. I didn’t have to wait for my turn at any of the intersections.

I drove through Austin Friday at 5pm and never had to slow down. I'll usually take the toll road between 5am and 9pm.

Everyone that is able to work from home is doing so.

Also some areas are under lockdown or have curfews imposed.

We think next month is going to be the worst month. Then hopefully it starts to drop off after that.

Im working through all my hometime until this blows over. The food side of my company is busy, I hear.

Hopefully people will come to their senses and realize working more people from home will go a long way to fixing traffic problems in large cities like Austin.

Ive been saying it forever and this is proof it works. The technology is available, so use it.

No more ridiculous choo choo train ideas that just waste money. Offer businesses a tax incentive to work their employees from home if its possible. Boom problem solved.

    But what do I know.
