Its built into the roof. It's a pos if you wanna talk further than the walls of your cab.
stwik, cuzzin it, rabbiporkchop and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yup, it’s built into the roof. Multiplexed with the radio and cellular antennas for the Diagnostic system if your truck has that.
Some have okay luck with it, but most mount external antennas and run their own cables. I put mine out the back wall.cuzzin it Thanks this. -
Our 2019s and 2020s have antennas on the back of the sleeper. Driver side is CB, passenger side is AM/FM.

man this truck is junk. pos automatic, and no power.

Both ant are to close to one another and to close to the bunk so you get reflect..rabbiporkchop and uncleal13 Thank this. -
update, I'm getting about four miles range out of whatever kind of antennas this has..... good enough i suppose
Slowmover1 Thanks this. -
The built-in Hirschmann Thin Film antenna is lucky to get four miles.
I have a thread from last year on upgrading my new model 2018 Cascadia. Pics, parts, etc.
At the end I was limited by the other man’s equipment.
A Uniden 980, RM Italy Kl203 (70W) can fit into cubby and run off the 15A circuit.
Antennas and mounts are the big thing. See that thread.rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
It looks like the best solution for that truck would be a 9 foot stainless steel whip bolted to the driver side door.
