Where does I-68 in MD rank in steep grades?

i don't know what's more dangerous:
slowing down to 20 MPH at the top to decend the grade right, and risking someone running into the back of you.
or only slowing down to 45 and getting hot brakes -
Don't just slow down suddenly... you gotta do it gradually as you make your way up to the top. It's much, much, much less desirable to go down a grade with hot brakes.

PA Turnpike has hills and also more traffic than I68.

I try and stay out of PA at all costs. all of their roads suck.
Most of them have a jersey wall right on the left lane.
and the right shoulder is 3 ft wide, or not there at all.
you can't just relax and drive like you can on the OH turnpike. you have to be worried about what dangerous construction zone you will hit next.
On I-83 near harrisburg, they have this lane shift in a construction zone. And it is chaos. The lines just stop, and the lanes shift, and no one knows where to go. I am surprised there are not 20 accidents there every day.SHC Thanks this. -
