I have a similar issue. This is a Cummins 550 ISX on a 2013 KW 680. The codes are as follows:
SPN:3509
SPN:27
SPN:3216
SPN:1569
SPN:5246
It has derated the engine to 5mph.
The stop engine light is on so I cannot do a forced re gen.
Any help would be appreciated.
