still home.... got half the parts off my engine today to extract a broken manifold bolt. Decided to try a little modification to the EGR, unhooked and shortened the valve stem and cut it a little shorter. That way the actuator and sensor still turn, valve just stays shut, hopefully ECM thinks it's working. we'll see. Oh, and thankfully I know people who can weld better than I do. He was able to TIG a little nub off the broken bolt and turn it out with a vice-grips. Put it back together tomorrow, deliver to OH Monday.
