Amazing that what we normally suggest, is both the best idea, and the last one to get acted upon huh?
Mind, what do we know, we only drive them every day. A crane/site guy obviously knows where we can and cant go better than we do.

Was not the crane people who was kinda fighting us, it was the contractor for the air handlers.
I told him from the start, Here's are options. daycab or a wrecker and soap. He's like huh?
Slide the trl. around the turn..
Was really hurt us was about 8 granite blocks on the walkway that somebody thought those would be nice sitting blocks for the students.
No forlift to move them either.
Crane guys were told 3 picks and then done. Well they found out the were like 8 picks to do. 3 seperate projects on the roof..

 

Sitting the weekend at the rest area in Ringgold, GA. Meeting my state troopers and pilots at 07:00 Monday morning then rolling to the port in Savannah where I'll sit till sometime Wednesday when I off-load onto the ship.

Got up early this morning, headed down to Dalton to Truckpro and changed out all 4 batteries then hopped across the street to the Peelot, topped off my fuel and showered. Then back north to Home Depot (no real need for anything there but it was there and I needed to walk through it) then across the parking lot to Wal-Mart for groceries. Came back to the truck, changed out most of the hooks on the 50 Sri-Lankan bungees I bought the other day, the hooks that came on them are so soft they kept pulling straight.

Now it's getting hot and muggy outside so I have the APU cranked down to 68, satellite tuned up and enjoying an afternoon of doing nothing except watching public tv and drinking Starbucks.

 

finally home. kicking back contemplating what to cook for dinner. or maybe take the wife out.

 

No porta johns around?? ..... Then you're good to go LOL

 

Gots me a new ride 03' 70 inch bunk 550 kitty cat maybe losing the 53 step but if I do getting a 48 step with ramps

No not a porta john in sight and it sure would of been nice to have one, seeing how we spent the night in the staging yard..

 

I know I was shocked when they told me about 2 hours later after I took the truck I guess they got a guy that wants to run a step but for some reason they don't want to give just anyone a trailer with ramps so he gonna run the 53 and ill run the 48 with ramps and were gonna see how it works out if not I will get my trailer back
