Just finished my wings. Dry with ranch and sesame dipping sauce.

 

Cluck--how did things go at Sukup?

 

I did find a thai place in Lakeville. Limited menu, but the food was good.
If I had been closer there was a place off of 494 that my wife and I have been to twice. Good food.
Some Thai food can be real spicy and then there are the not to hot stuff.
Just word of warning. Do NOT eat what they call Sum Tom or in the states they also call it pappaya salad.
That will curl the curlies, if done right. North Thailand dish.
I asked the cook there in Lakeville if she would make me a dish called Labb Moo. Chopped up spicy pork in this case, plus thai chilis and a little lime juice.

 

Juda, Wisconsin at this little fuel stop. Decent food. Hopefully on site tomorrow.

 

He posted a few pics. earlier. Said it was a piece of cake for him

 

Rest Area I75 north Florence, KY. This place is packed we had to make room hope we don't get hit. Grilled steaks for all the drivers and pilots now its time for bed.

Delivered in Sunnyside, came to the j in Ellensburg for a shower.
Off to auburn to get a few small jobs done to the truck then a a baby 312 in Tacoma for Sioux Falls.
Hopefully Jason is out there too at the same time
