well just got off the phone with dispatch he called me from his house which was weird it looks like maybe just maybe he's gonna take my (and yall's) advice and kick this load of in the am have it be someone elses problem we're losing our ### on this one

    1. it only pays 2.30 a mile

    2. we lost a day and a half already ####ing around with this thing today and half a day tommorow to drive back in the wrong direction 25 miles, wait for the crane 10 am, unchain/unstrap, flip the pig around, rechain re strap, and drive back 25 miles to scale

3.it might still not be good weight wise

    4. over hang on the ### end no permit only 5 inches but still im willing to bet thats a hefty fine if caught

    5. wont get it off saturday

and 6. its going to ####ing laredo

Parked at the elevator im delivering my equipment to in Prosser, NE. Get this dumped off in the morning then put it in the wind and head home. I was looking forward to a nice quiet night sleep out in the country. I've been here 15 minutes and 3 trains have already went by. Oh well.

Sounds like I have to come back here Monday.

unfortunatly my dispatcher has been off the ball for the last few months taking a lot of cheap freight and if he does find something that pays a little better it delivers the next day. so for me its been a lot of quantity versus quality stuff i get 4 or 5 loads a week now but it equals to about the same as 3 decent loads also id say 97% had to be tarped

i dont even remember the last time i did LTL or the last time ive been to texas its kinda sad really ive been home roughly every weekend for 2 months and anyone who knows me knows that i HATE that with a passion.

i will admit he did a good job last week though 5 loads truck made $9k only 2 had to be tarped but i never got below south carolina darlington sc to kingfield maine paid 3.40 a mile so i didnt mind that.

thats why i was a little excited about laredo id actually get to ride for a few days in to uncharted Territory it was something new lol

I'm sitting at the WA agents place in Pacifica trying to get some more LTLs together for a run to GA.

Yeah, at least $1 mile too cheap. I won't head south of Houston for less than $3.25 mile.
