Where is everyone #2!!

I've seen a few down here as this is where all tandem axle flatbeds in the country end up finishing their lives. They usually just add 3 inches to the rubrail. Some innovative guys will cut off the rubrail (usually mangled already on 96" anyway) weld on some square tubing and a new rubrail or if they're lazy just wider tubing. Most I've seen still have the 96" axles, but a few have had the wider axles. I know a guy that picked up 2 good 102" axles off a cracked and rusted (shocker, sorry cluck) Transcrap for $400 here in Orlando. If you know the wrong people and speak Spanish, you can order any used part you want and they'll "find it" down here cheap.

 

lol, . I got a permanent permit , they issued it to me back in the 90's when I used to do a 18 drop Brooklyn , queens and Bronx reefer load of chicken.

 

I would leave the axles as is .

 

Killed an entire day in Denver. Now it looks like I'll bounce to DFW for Monday/Tuesday.

Got some shocking news this morning and now I'm at quandry about things..
I don't know maybe getting a little to worried over nothing..
On a bright note. Got a ld. today out of League city,Tx. taking it to Odessa for Monday and then see what there is.
The rig that got put off a week allready must be jinixed as it's been put off untill the 21st now.
Me I'm not going to be part of that move as I got a feeling it's cursed..
