I don't miss the days of driving a COE International for that very reason… Great at making heat while sitting, but going down the road… FORGET it! Truck lost all heat going down the road, made for some very cold toes/feet.

Yea the fan is stuck on I'm pretty sure it's the high pressure switch for the AC acting up again. I've tried jumping the wires but no luck it won't turn off. Already have my winter front on.

Chehalis,Wa at the loves... Ran the last 170 miles this morning then kicked off 3 drops and then bounced up here. Gonna kick off the last 2 tomorrow morning then most likely head back to Portland to load Saturday... been losing motivation lately

Finally I think I got the wires jumped where they are making a connection and this ##### is building heat.

The engine and transmission were gone. Put some weight in that thing.

My truck is blowing 145* out the dash vent :biggrin_25522:

I won't spend all night linking videos but here's another one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLB0qadBPwU and this was an older 747-300 of Connie Kalitta's with smaller engines than the -L (-4) that was at Jabarra. I have seen tug's that weigh close to 20 tons blown 100'+ through the air by smaller engines than the 747 has.

Engine or not, that truck was going to fly just as far and maybe even further with the added stored kinetic energy from the blast.

Oh and my vent's aren't blowing any air but my APU is keeping it a comfortable 74 in here and if it isn't capable of keeping it 74 then I'll fire up the Espar.

Parked at the Wal-Mart in Goodland, KS. Got through all the ice and snow between Salina and here and decided to call it a day and catch up on some TV since my 4 days at home was spent doing everybody else's stuff.
