I've got a Cobra 25GTL that my grandfather bought brand new in 1984 at Monkey Wards, and I found it in his garage still new in the box a few years ago. I've had a set of Toshiba finals and a connex board put into it. But I don't run with it turned on lol

Also have a few of my dads old President radios sitting on my shelf.

    Logan76 Thanks this.

I like those old radio's, I wanna pick up an old dial knob 23 channel and have it restored to put in my truck...

Fisher, He has a good website, and he wont tell you anything about kickers over the phone...I bought mine from a different place, he did the radio and radio work, but I bought the fatboy online, because he only deals with TexasStar.

im not exactly sure why i just always wanted a nice clean sounding big radio that can walk the walk and 300 watts is ok but im looking to reach my ultimate goal 600watts out of a mobile....then and only then will my radio will be complete muhaha

well that and maybe some self esteem issues stemming from my childhood lol

No problem, Ol' Bob is from new england and he has that "Massachusetts" attitude, hey maybe you two will get along? lol...

On any note, hes not the most outgoing or friendly type, you kinda just gotta deal with what you get if you want good radio work done though, tougher to find decent shops anymore...

And don't call me sir, I'm younger than you by a couple of months... ;)

T/A Madison, WI. I could drive for a few more hours, but I am feeling lazy. 3 hours away from my first drop, but I have plenty of time to get all 3 off.
