Saw an interesting truck on 35 today. It was a Warren truck. A w900 with a 60 inch flattop sleeper (the one with the tunnel)PLUS the old school aerodyne hi rise (also came with a tunnel). It didn't look as bad as you'd think it would, but with two tunnels, I can't imagine how that would work. The only thing I can come up with is he must have a flat floor, lounge chair and a 60 in big screen with surround sound in the flat top portion and the regular aerodyne setup on the back end. Well, that would be the only reason why I would do it. Now if he had the mid roof flat top aero cab and an aero cab studio out back, I would imagine he would have a hot tub in the flat top section (floor drops down...more headroom, PLUS no tunnel), and a stripper pole in the studio portion with the foldout couch that turns into a queensize bed.

I don't know if I should admit this on this particular forum, I'll probably be burned at the stake but, I used to run a reefer chasing California produce so yes, been to Bruce's more times than I care to remember. If Bruce's was too high class you could always hop across the street to the Weedpatch, much classier place with better ho's. Or if those two were still to high class one could always hop down to Fontana to Simone's.

Oh yes, the Jersey City truck stop "Rube's", a finer establishment there has never been but the food in the diner out front was awesome.

Oh, and parked in Grand Prairie, TX waiting on 3 boxes that have to be tarped. I'll pull the curtain back then once they load them I'll slide the curtain shut and on my way.

I'm beginning to really like this curtain side stuff, as far as I'm concerned the company can have my oversize card back and pass it on to somebody else. I used to hate these curtain side trailers because every one I pulled was a PITA to work but this one is all oiled up, the buckles all work and they can't load oversize stuff on me, I think I'll keep it!

Sounds like they are trying to butter you up for something..

As for the parking thing. Nobody said a word today about me having the pickup parked there in the bobtail row. Later that evening when we came bac, I parked it in the car lot..
Well my wife made it to Bangkok today and just got off the phone with her. Will be heading to the house in about 1 hour.
She said to much snow and ice at Minn. and she was trying to help the pilot stop the airplane by pushing her feet on the floor. She was worried about it not stopping in time. Haha.
Oh she said the weather in Thailand it's 73 degrees out this morning..
Told her I love you too as I will be hding to Nd. to get an oil rig..

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of.........

Just tell her they are Boeing transport pilots, they can get the biggest plane stopped in plenty of time on the shortest of runways..........but who knows what airport she will wind up at.

Fought the cold and only managed to get two loads of corn hauled today. You know its been cold when electric motors don't even want to run.

We will try it again tomorrow and see what happens.

I've heard if you see a man go through the airport turnstiles sideways there is a good chance he is going to Bangkok. :)
