Yeah, so far we got 20" of snow in Porter Co.

Might want to check with him again, I-65 is closed from Lafayette to Gary, also I-80 is closed all the way across IN. State of Emergency declared and the National Guard has been dispatched to help out. 3 of my buddies got the call tonight and were headed to the armory

 

He had already dropped onto 41 by then. His heater wasn't getting warm any more because it was so cold but he was afraid to get out and put something over the grill. He said he was pushing snow with the bumper...

 

Looks like MJ is back at the spear house ....

I've got a no tarp local tomorrow!!! It actually goes south too! Everyone around here is doing the OMG it's going to drop below freezing tomorrow ritual. I sometimes forget though that most of the folks here are transplants and didn't live here in the 80's when the freezes destroyed the orange groves.

 

So I put on my car hart and braved the weather it was -3 when I started my truck but it was parked inside with the block heater plugged in. I ended up unloading the load I loaded from the same place couldn't get my tarp to fold up right so I just threw it up on the bed and drove back to the yard. Hopefully I'll load something tomorrow I supervised the shop guy fold my tarp for me. Boss said all 3 of May be loading ingots for US Steel in Birmingham

 

Yup headed east on 10. Hope to make Robertsdale tonight. Got a reload in Savanah going to Bowling Green for Wednesday.

 

Bloomington,ca at the yard... kicked off all 4 stops by 10 this morning then headed here... load tomorrow morning and head north again.

 

Even I remember that one.
