Ever since I got into open decking I have wanted to move up to RGN/heavyhaul, but did not want to invest the money in a trailer that specialized to go do it. I am excited to say the least at the opportunity.

 

Never hurts to add a skill to your resume.

 

Did my 4 turns of empty auto racks last night/today. Wore the heck out but made some serious money. SOmetimes it pays to answer the phone a 11pm lol

 

Staying the night at Russel's Truck & Travel Center in Bard, NM.

Checked out the cool and free car museum and got me a large popcorn and some tea in a big can for $2.49.

This is must be one of the coolest truck stops in the country.

Too bad I only have 5 bars on AT&T Edge and can only pick up NPR on the FM radio

 

Finally made it home.

This new customer were trucking for is awesome. Keeping both of us busy almost all of the time and were home almost every night or just out one night. No tarps and very light loads.

Best of all no brokers to deal with or take a cut!!!

I'll probably haul a couple loads of corn Monday morning then I have a load of equipment headed to South Dakota Monday afternoon. Hopefully there will be a day run for Wednesday then were taking the next few days off for the holiday.
