    That's the way I go if I'm coming home on the Friday before a holiday to stay off 75 in GA. It's the end of the world here in SC.

    I hate those shipper done shrink wrap jobs for that reason. I usually throw anything on them to try to keep em together. Bungees, rope the small motorcycle straps.

    I've got a VA/NC loaded ready to go. New Bern, NC one of my stops got 10 inches of snow yesterday people's heads are exploding down there. I think I'll stay home for some Valentine's Day nook

    30 hours awake hauled 3 loads threw jewelry 9 times had my trailer try to pass me 3 times fought my way out of the ditch twice. That's it I'm done.

    Waiting in Junction City to deliver in the morning. Called about a 980 wheel loader for the weekend - $3 mile including permits, uh...... Not so much

    If I can't find a decent load but lunch Friday I am going home

    Yeah tries to explain that the permits alone were nearly 1/3 of the rate gross. Guess that's why I have never hauled a load for sureway. Too bad I would have liked the run to Texas.

    Did you get your load on?

    I looked @ the weather forecast right after You left the t/s. was afraid that You were gonna have a bugger-all of a time..
    be safe.
    after fighting more wind and slickery roads made it to 3 forks MT by dark

    Sureway, Well that said it all. Some of their rates are ok and others are just stupid.. Mostly stupid..
