Where is everyone #2!!

Well she will only be gone untill August 14th. That's when her flight comes back.
Her yougest brother is going to be a Budhhist monk, so there is a 3 day celabration for it. I told her she really needs to be there. Wish I was also. Alot of culture and tradations for this.
6 a mile is not bad, but how high and wide plays a big factor in it.
Better than some of the big things moving here. See the same loads for the last 3 days still on the board..

 

Home, doing a local short haul on friday and hopefully calling it a week!

taking my little dump truck tomorrow and filling it up with shrubs im cutting down, then going to grab a load of stone on friday if im back in time...

 

The tank was 9' diameter but I would have had to bridge decks and build up quite a ways in the rear. So my guess would have been 14' 6" plus tall in front - so no tunnel. Loveland pass with a 13' overhang did not seem worth it. Gonna load Monday or Tuesday in NE going to Galveston

Home from my No Dak run. Left from home ran 667 miles with two drops and I was home by 5:15. I didn't think that was to bad.

Corn market went in the toilet so it doesn't look like ill have to drag the hopper around Friday.

 

Sat at cat in decatur.
Didn't think anyone could be this slow over a 10 minute unload....2.5 hours so far.
Gotta love unions I guess...
Then shooting to Omaha for a lexion loading Friday heading to Michigan.

Finished the specs and ordered my truck today. Had to increase the wheelbase to 269". Dry weight went up to 22800. Now I have to go back to work and wait patiently, not my specialty.

 

Just curious. What kind of increments can you spec the truck at for frame length?
