That's par for the course when you take loads that go into no mans land. Make your money going in and bounce out of there, I would never sit around in known #### freight areas like you do.

    281ric and SHC Thank this.

Hey Carl, I have a question: Is there a reason that you run a flat top? It seems like most of the loads you haul are taller than your sleeper anyway.

I thought maybe it has to do with gantry cranes and such...

I booked my load out for next week but have to wait till Thursday. It is a good paying load and strangely they are paying for the permits. Out of Denver this is relatively rare.

Just have figure out how to fax the rate conf back from Mexico

Phone and tablet. The hotel let me borrow their printer and scanner, so I just scanned and emailed.

I have an iPhone, I use the Turboscan app. Take a picture n you can email it as a PDF. I use it for all rate confirmations on the road.

I normally use my laptop and sign electronically and send without printing but I did not expect to book work from vacation.

I booked 3 loads while I was at MATS. Just seems to be how it works.
