Where is everyone #2!!

So got some wires crossed, and sitting in Duluth MN for the weekend. YAY! not I cant believe its actually cold here. My god when does it warm up around here?

 

In August, about the 15th through the 20th then fall starts

 

Mid 50's and rain here in Bismark. Wife says she's cold.

 

Gonna snow 4-8" here tomorrow

 

Great, so on my birth day it will finally get warm.

 

I really like Duluth. Lots of great restaurants in Canal Park. Not much truck parking though....

My aunt lives up there. I used to stay there when I was a kid. One year my folks came to pick me up on July 4. It was 45 degrees there and 101 when we got to our neighbors party an hour north of the twin cities.

 

What is with all the questions? You a cop or something?

 

Joplin, Missouri. Have to make pickups in Springfield and Cuba, Missouri on Monday to go back to Wisconsin.

 

What is this snow I'm trying and succeeding in out running. Ran down 25 little water no flakes.
Get into fort Collins traffic all the way into denver. Have the usual one or two 4 wheelers playing traffic cop. Thinking there 2500 lb Subaru with its brake lights applied 3 feet in front of me, Will make my 80,000 lb Peterbilt stop quicker. So I'm just about clear and working my way to 287 when my alternator belt breaks 4 miles from commerce city TA.

Get that part from rush truck center. (First time getting out of a dealer for under $40 bucks.)

I get out of their fast as the mist/flurries roll in. 287 here I come.

 

Well, ran across WY and all was fine. Hit the snow around the Utah POE and then the #### really hit the fan around Park City with blizzard conditions, 3" ice on the road and going about 10mph. Started to drop down the mountain and about 5 miles in the temps went to 40* and it dried out.

So now I'm sitting at the TA in Tooele, UT till Monday morning when I can kick off this DOE load and go grab some scrap gears going back to Ohio.
