Just set them on the grill. Cold smoke them at 145 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

I have Summit extra pale ale on ice.

 

I really need to get a smoker, but on second thought maybe not, I might not ever leave home and would eat until I turned into a blimp.

 

Well this trip was going good untill I hit Ar. scale.
I looked at my permit Sat. morning when my wife printed it out.
It showed me coming in from Tn. and Leaving at Mo.. Ok that's right.
But the rting was backwards.. Ok just read from the bottom right and go left and up on the rtes. No biggie.
Wrong. The scale man said it was not a valid permit, I said yes it is kinda..
Well the ld. got parked with some other lds. as well.
It's the states fault, but I get parked.
Oh and the rains and storms here have caused flooding. So tomorrow might be interesting.
The was a big ol house boat parked there.
Seems like they brought it in on a too short permit.. So now it's parked there and it seems they can't get a rte. for it now either..

 

My dad bought one 4-5 years ago and has finally started using it more and more. It's the best thing he has bought in a long time if you ask me. I have to try making some venison brats in it. Only tried venison jerky so far and it didn't turn out quite right

 

You can't seem to catch a break right now.

My recommendation ..... don't play the lottery for a while.

Hi Ron, I think you're right.
Took and went to the casino here in W.Memphis. They have seafood on Sat. So the wife was happy. Fri. they have steak and lobster for those who like that.. The food was good and we played a little. My wife made a 150.00 profit. Me I lost 100.00..
They have a big lot in the back, but with the rain it's now more like a mud bog pit..
We got lucky and found a front row spot to park and caught the shuttle in.

 

Haulhand, Thanks for filling me in on the issues with Fracking.. I knew there was a formula to it, just did'nt know the details.
Glad they got it figured out and things went better..
For the no shower thing, I'm surprised you were even able to get in the front door. lol

LAst I knew that old trkstp was closed down. No big loss though..
