I cut and split some wood today.
I'm doing my nut and bolt work to start tomorrow out then grab my trailer later in the day and head for southwest MN for a Tuesday am delivery. No Dak then Iowa for the rest of the week.

if you keep it to 8'6" wide you should be ok. Most states allow continuous movement for weight. I currently have the IN and IL provisions if you want them to look over
-
Thanks. I have to check on my trailer length, as I am 62' right now, if they will consider me oversize. I Can get folded up to 57' but will have to check if that is short enough
-
Ten four on the extra long, driver
-
What's your total length with tractor? With it at 62'. And shorter?
-
I am 85' plus overall
With my last axle flipped I can get under 80' but the trailer is still 57' -
If your under the 10' wide. And under 110' long. You can run 24/7.

Where? There are a lot of states, most of them east of the Mississippi, that there is no continuous movement when permitted. And on a holiday weekend almost all of the states are going to have a no travel for permitted loads. Weight might be the only exception, but a 57' trailer is only legal in three states, all of the other states it has to be permitted.

Just do like I do. I forget to tell them when mty, the trl. is 56'
Ron you took that ld. From Sealy to Albion then. Did you get more than they had posted?
I saw it posted Thurs. and Fri. morning. Almost called on it. But instead took a heavy not wide or high ld. to the N.W. side of Chicago. Only down side we had to tarp it...
We lded. it today, on a Sunday.. -
Yeah a I got a little more, but after sitting almost all day. I never did move that d8 at the port, they wanted moved from one dock to another and called me like 4 times. Also got called to move a transformer but they didn't like my rate.
No sooner did I book it than EZE posted an excavator going back to Denver, oops
If you get stuck up there for the holiday let me know and I might bounce and hang out, if I don't find a miracle load.
Oh and this armored truck goes to the local police there in Albion. Guess MI is rougher than I thought
