I had a 99 FLD .... And was just using that as an example. Just stating that I'd rather have a rebuilt, reliable older truck, than a large truck payment and all the headaches that come with it.

    Logan76 and passingthru69 Thank this.

Steele, ND for the night. Two stopper up by Minot in the morning then run home and grab a load headed south.

I can't believe my '96 FLD will be 20 years old September 2015. Lotta blood, sweat and tears in that truck (not to mention other bodily fluids).
I wouldn't take $40K for the ol' gal, I think I'll just park 'er on the lawn in 15 years when I hope to retire.

Little america, what's the deal on this place? Do they have somewhere other to eat than the little cafe by the fuel islands?

  6. Yes the restaurant two buildings over. Walk towards the 4 wheeler fuel pumps. Or ask the cafe cashier where the restaurant is.

    Logan76 and SHC Thank this.

    No more blue ink.

looks like Georgia changed their permits. Looks like the current Texas style, two pages with routing on the 3rd page. Still have to sign it,but they're no longer requiring blue ink.

If only AL would get rid of the red ink too! Do you know how hard it is to find or buy a red pen when you need one and don't have one.

    281ric Thanks this.
