Getting Jamaican food at the local joint. Got a new customer yesterday was the first load I picked up. Looks promising. Riding around making some money this week. Life is good.....not, buy a new glider good; but good lol

 

I've contemplated it a lot here lately. I've decided to stick to local/regional stuff. I make as much doing local Chicago stuff as I do going OTR. This month I'm sticking to a 500 mile radius of the house and see how it all goes. So far this week I cleared more than enough in 3 days work. I'm starting off next week with a radioactive move from MI to Pittsburgh then probably just find a load a home.

Im im not sure how well I could do with a 7 axle setup here and only doing local/regional stuff. But having that tag axle couldn't hurt. Hook it to a 3 axle lo pro step and the ability would be there if I needed it.

No, I am moving a vehicle for a show, then waiting for a couple days and moving it to SC then wait a couple days then move it home.

 

Got my tractors loaded today. Had a little accident but it looks like the guy will be ok. We were pulling the tractors onto the trailer with a snatch block, chains and a 4wd tractor. Guy driving the 4wd wasn't watching and pulled a chain hook thru the snatch block and busted it open. Tractor took off rolling backwards and caught the guy helping us across the ankles and knocked him down. He fell forward and banged up his wrist good and cut his arm open. I was steering the tractor and took a wild ride backwards down the ramp. Could have been a whole lot worse.
