Ft. Bridger TA for the night. Headed down the hill to Sapp Bros in the morning to get my drives rotated and an alignment done. Then out into the desert for my Monday morning unload.

Carl, the wife said she didn't have a chance to look for the coupon today. But sounds like if that's the case, I will deff be selling them. I'm sure someone will grab them up for $150 each. They will be brand new and there's plenty of steel haulers who go thru tires like crazy around home.

First we have to remind SHC that he won a set of steer tires now we have to remind you to tell us a story? It must be a real female dog getting old. Luckily Passing Thru has his wife with him or he would forget where he parked his truck. My old roommate was a 57 years old Vietnam vet who left one Saturday to go on an overnight trip to visit his family. He isn't gone two minutes and I see him pull back into the driveway. He comes stomping into the house and I say "What did you forget?". "I cant find my glasses" he replies. I am sitting in the living room all I can hear is him walking through the rest of the house saying "They aren't here, they aren't there". Finally I get up off the couch and walk into the kitchen and say:

Me: Go look in your bathroom
    Him: I already did
    Me: Go look again
    Him: They aren't in here
Me: Look at your medicine cabinet
    Him: They aren't in there
Me: Look AT your medicine cabinet
    Him: They aren't...........ugh idiot

They were on top of his head the whole time, he finally noticed them when he looked in the mirror.

Home for the day.... kicked off the small bales down in the Valley yesterday and trucked for the house. Tomorrow headed to load lumber and head to Boise. Got home last night and went for a midnight kayak ride on the lake behind the house but sadly was alone but it was nice

So far I'm happy with it. I looked like the clampets running down the road with the hay with how I had to secure it but this place is interesting. At System I always needed an appointment to pick up and deliver and this place just says pick up and deliver when you get there

    MJ1657 and peterbilt_2005 Thank this.
  9. its the life of a skateboarder, on the other hand your not a garbage truck, it won't spoil if your delayed. or charged for not being in that cold storage dock waiting for 8 hours to unload.

not to mention Lowes DC. unless you want to

But SHC is not that old, and he's forgetting allready... Hate to see him when he gets my age. lol

Yes it's nice nice my wife is here to help me, but I have so far never forgot where I parked my trk. Well there was this one time in Va. but that was like 20 years ago and ####tails were involved.
As for the glasses thing you stated about your old room mate. My wife does that sometimes. She'll ask where are my glasses? I just smile and point to the top of her head...

I've just been running to hard the last few weeks. I put in over 15,000 miles last month and close to making it the same this month. Running for 18hrs and getting 5 hours of sleep a night doesn't help either. Wife said i have to slow down or she is gonna kill me before the road does !!!!!!!!

    Rugerfan Thanks this.
