Asked the Landstar agent 3 tea to revise the rate conf for my extra TX permit due to them telling me to turn around. Still have not received it, can't believe the blue star is gonna screw me out of $60......

With the other trl. I was 76'

 

Did you have to permit the tractor wheelbase?

 

No, I left the tag down and permited the trl. due to the fact I had it stretched.
If not then I could have chained up my axle, but then needed a long wheel base permit..
They have goofy laws.
I went in at Coots and they just kinda waved me through. Just asked if it was a tri drive and said not a true tri. and showed them my length permit. They said have a nice day and take off the banners, because you are just high, not wide.. Ok thanks

If I flip my axle I can get to 75' and I think permit for wheelbase

I just want to get out of the heat and humidity. We will see if the loads carry overto Monday since I cannot deliver this until Sat

 

You should be here in Baytown.. Last Thurs sucked as our a/c quit. The wife was holding the fan we have blowing air on us going down the road. I told her we are getting a hotel room. At first she said we have fan we will be ok.
I told her I'm sleeping in a hotel room with a/c you can sleep with the fan in the trk if you want.
She joined me in the room. lol
