So I gather that Ox roast maybe ain't that popular other places? I remember this one since I was a pup. I think they have been doing it back till the 60's. Not sure but I'll have to ask. I just think the county fair is over and not everything went to live in greener pastures like the kids think. Boy is it tasty, they gots the beef fosho.

 

U sure that it's really a Ox they're cooking? I remember hearing the term used but wouldn't a Ox be tough and rather "chewy"?
