Ended up hitting it with the dack dack gun after figuring out it was closed and got it spinning again.

Got it opened and put a new filter on and filled with coolant and water.

Didnt mean to make it sound like I was going to leave it off and run the truck. I meant would it drip when I filled the thing with water and it did a little bit.

Spending the day at the “Touch a Truck” for kids...... even in gloomy days it’s good to see kids smile.
