14 days no smoking!

Put on some airline quick connects today instead of the gladhands. I’m still to chicken to do the full out the back of the frame rails to the trailer. Baby steps you know?

That's great. Anybody ever tell ya about the next step to quitting smoking? The hard part? Lol. Gotta watch the weight. I put it on like there was no tomorrow and I still have it. It'll come on in a hurry unless your one of the lucky ones who has that family gene that let's you eat whatever you want whenever you want and you don't gain a pound.......*#$%*&%!!*!$!, man I hate that! lol

 

Packed for a 10 day tour. Starting in Quincy, IL then to Charlotte and then it’s anybody’s guess. Wife is going on vacation on the 17th and I got to be home to watch the dog while she is visiting her sister.

I’m already a big guy at 6’1” and 250lbs. I think a little bit of weight is better than smoking though?

I gained about 40-45 when I quit chewing. Had to go on a diet.

9 weeks today for me. Week 6 was the worst for me, it’s been getting easier though. It’s getting nice to not have every second of the day consumed with thoughts of smoking. I now know what it’s like to be a junkie. Sorta.

 

Kicking the last one off in Harmony, PA... then I'm southbound!
