Are parade was Heritage Parade. We will not make it to everything today. Kid needed a nap. But they a have heritage village set up. Civil war reenactments, old time base ball games, couple stills, lots of food. Band block party downtown and lots of beer.

Tiffin was the sight of 1812 war of Fort Ball.

LBJ definitely made things a lot worse. So did Nixon and Carter. Wilson was the one that really started to push the ball down stream.

As to who really started it? I better keep my thoughts on that silent.

 

Heck, even the really pretty waitress is fat. Still really pretty though.

 

No social security, healthcare tied to employment, public entities doing private work. That’s all FDR.

He was deemed ineffective because he did what he was supposed to, NOTHING. The role of government in this country was never to save anything, you cannot spend your way out of a problem and the government can not pick winners and losers. I seriously recommend a book called the Complete Idiots guide to the Great Depression. It’s worth the read.

You can be critical of every president. Alot of this country is run behind the president's back. They are a stooly, or show bird. Keeps are attention off who is really pulling the trigger. That being said it is always easy to look back and point finger. None of us, well except @4mer trucker was around then and do not full understand the up hill battle they had. Was some bad choices made, Yes. Was there some good choices made, yes and a lot make in the idea of a better country. We are all sinners.
